Job Title: Senior Sneaker Acquisitions Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sneaker enthusiast to source high-demand sneakers from trusted sellers on various online platforms.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in sneaker reselling, retail buying, or sneaker marketplace sourcing. They should have a proven track record of securing competitive prices and a strong network of trusted resellers, suppliers, and stores both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source high-demand sneakers from EU, US, or Asia markets while navigating import duties and taxes.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure authenticity and avoid scams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sneaker industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
Expected Outcomes:
  • 70% of budget allocated to best-selling products.
  • 20% of budget allocated to adjacent best-selling products.
  • 10% of budget allocated to experimental products/brands.
  • 100% availability of best-selling products.
  • 80% delivery of committed pre-orders.
  • 80% of orders delivered on time.
  • 100% delivery of paid items.
  • Increase pre-order sales by 20% every 90 days.
  • Identify and phase out underperforming products every 60 days.
