Are you a strategic and hands-on professional with a passion for data-driven growth? We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to be the backbone of our fast-scaling sales, marketing, and customer success engine. This is a high-impact role where you will shape how data, processes, and systems drive business growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop end-to-end funnel tracking solutions that seamlessly integrate Sales and Marketing.
- Implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
- Design real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
- Create scalable reporting frameworks to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align systems and strategies.
- Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
- Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
- Produce and distribute regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze sales performance (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
- Test sales and marketing automations within Pipedrive prior to deployment.
- Document SOPs in Confluence to ensure clarity and scalability.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment (startup or high-growth preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role with demonstrated team coaching and mentorship.
- Hands-on experience managing or leading a CRM migration.
- HubSpot and/or Clay experience is a plus.
- Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
- Passionate about automation, process improvement, and scalable systems.
- Proactive problem-solver and natural go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with a hands-on, adaptable, and scale-up mindset.
