Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an expert in business process optimization, you will be responsible for assessing current workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

You will design and implement streamlined systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Additionally, you will integrate AI-driven solutions to optimize day-to-day operations, including automation, scheduling, data management, reporting, and communications.

Your primary goal will be to enhance operational effectiveness by recommending emerging tools and platforms. You will work closely with the business owner to anticipate needs, propose and execute strategies to support growth and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager in a growing business.
  • Expertise in AI tools and platforms (e.g., workflow automation, data analytics platforms).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, project management platforms, CRM systems).
Benefits

This part-time position offers flexibility and autonomy. The working hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 12 PM or 1 PM–5 PM Pacific Time.

The pay is competitive and includes a monthly allowance.
