The role of a Salesforce Developer is multifaceted and dynamic, encompassing solution design, development, and deployment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of various industries.

To succeed in this position, you should have hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio, as well as expertise in working within fast-paced Agile environments.

  • Develop and configure custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and other declarative tools.
  • Translate solution designs into scalable, high-quality code.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure technical alignment with business needs.
  • Provide input on scalability, performance, and platform best practices during design sessions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams.
