Senior Salesforce Marketing Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team of innovative experts. As a senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients maximize their Salesforce Marketing Cloud potential and drive business success.

You will excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of the platform's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Your expertise will enable you to work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.

• Business analysis including review of existing processes and systems documentation
• Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements
• Contribution to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architects and other team members
• Mapping requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximizing standard features
• Leading end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms
• System configuration and customization in line with solution design and adhering to best practices and standards
• User training sessions and promoting user adoption of Marketing Cloud features
• Developing and executing automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
• Data gathering to define and document business requirements and working closely with the Solution Lead Designer in mapping solutions per requirement
• Input to project estimates specific to declarative parts of system design
• Identifying different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements
• Managing implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements
• System configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer
• Providing advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives of the design
• Participation in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
• Participation in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users
• Staying updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required, including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Ideal background in Salesforce administrator with stakeholder-facing experience and implemented internal Salesforce projects or technical business analyst specialized in Salesforce with experience in Salesforce configuration
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Tenacious, detailed-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions
• Strong data analysis skills
