
Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer focuses on designing, building, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives. This role emphasizes leveraging no-code or low-code tools, such as Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative features within Salesforce's UI, to enhance automation and operational efficiency. It also includes administrative responsibilities, such as user management, security configuration, and system maintenance, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
Accountabilities:
· Design and Build Solutions: Leverage declarative tools to develop scalable workflows, automations, and configurations, minimizing reliance on custom code.
· Platform Administration: Maintain Salesforce objects and functionalities, including fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, user access, and record types.
· Operational Support: Manage operational requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless platform performance for diverse user groups.
· Customization: Configure objects, page layouts, list views, and other UI elements to align with evolving business requirements.
· Process Automation: Maintain workflows, validations, and system configurations to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
· Data Quality and Integrity: Collaborate with teams to implement best practices for maintaining accurate and consistent data across the platform.
· Documentation and Training: Develop user requirements, process documentation, and training materials to support platform adoption and user engagement.
· Collaboration and Communication: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.
· System Integrations: Support integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow through declarative tools or APIs when necessary.
· Platform Health: Perform regular system maintenance, monitor performance, and stay updated on Salesforce releases to apply new features and best practices.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
· Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs
· Familiarity with Databases and Query Languages such as SQL
· Good understanding of SFDC fundamental concepts (application, data and security), CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud) and Salesforce Lightning framework
· Experience as SFDC admin working with configurations/Access Management
· Experience with Agile development Methodologies and Project Management Tools
· Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking, Data Driven Decision Making and Attention to Detail
