About CY TECHLABS INC.

We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to drive our company's growth by leading our human resources department. The successful candidate will design and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruiting plans to attract high-caliber candidates.
  2. HR Partnerships: Collaborate closely with department leaders to predict hiring needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting open communication.
  4. Performance Evaluation: Create and manage a fair and transparent performance appraisal system.
  5. Professional Development: Identify training needs and develop tailored training programs to enhance employees' skills.
  6. Compensation and Rewards: Manage compensation and benefits packages to maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  8. HR Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  9. Culture Enhancement: Support organizational transformation initiatives and activities aimed at building a strong corporate culture.
  10. Workforce Analysis: Analyze workforce data to inform staffing decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  11. HR Reporting: Provide insightful HR metrics and analytics to support business decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • HR Systems: Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
