Customer Support Agent Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Work independently and handle multiple conversations at once while maintaining empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working from home with a stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
