Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CAM Input Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor, creating CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, annotating drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of assigned work.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM or VDC with an emphasis in HVAC or Mechanical
  • Proficiency in Revit is required
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct) is preferred

In addition to your technical skills, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with customers through various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor
  • Create CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep
  • Annotate drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep
  • Complete, accurate and on time processing of assigned work
  • Ensure duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards
  • Identify incomplete information and verify with customer
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and support desk software
  • Communicate with internal team
  • Maintain status of tickets in Freshdesk
