Financial Manager for Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced accountant with extensive knowledge of property accounting, financial management and budgeting to manage day-to-day accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Utilize software to track and manage property accounting, tenant ledgers and rent payments.
- Maintain and reconcile financial data using a cloud-based accounting system to ensure accurate financial information.
- Process monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts and budgets for review.
- Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed.
- Proven experience in real estate accounting.
- Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-based property accounting systems (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of financial workflows, including cash flow management and expense tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
