Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware. You will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability, manage network servers and technology tools, implement and maintain security measures, perform regular backup operations, manage user accounts and access permissions, and provide technical support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
