Facilities Infrastructure Manager">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of facilities infrastructure, ensuring optimal operational readiness.

This role involves conducting thorough technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites, evaluating infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational capabilities.

Regular travel to project sites across the country is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical surveys of facilities, guaranteeing comprehensive assessment of infrastructure, utilities, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction and assigning tasks.
  • Analyze survey results, developing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Presentation of findings and validation of survey data with stakeholders.
  • Documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 8+ years of experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and Department of Defense facility standards.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
