The Role of a Premier Helpdesk Analyst

Job Overview

This role is designed for individuals who possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues related to our product range.
  2. Identify and correctly troubleshoot all problems reported, minimizing the impact on customers and ensuring rapid resolution.
  3. Adhere to resolution and escalation times, striving for improved performance and continually increasing knowledge of our applications to rapidly identify and resolve problems.
  4. Report problems via our Incident Management System, monitoring and tracking incidents through to valid updates or resolutions.
  5. Assist in identifying trends that can be used to increase customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a travel agency, tour operator, or airline environment, with GDS knowledge – Galileo GDS experience required.
  • Experience with CETS or other leisure tools is welcome but not essential.
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships through a collaborative, consultative, reliable, and empathetic approach.
  • Strong team player with excellent English communication skills.
