Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, management accounts preparation, and general ledger maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Management Accounting
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting for internal and external audits
  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management
    • Monitor and forecast cash flow on a regular basis
    • Manage supplier payments and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
    • Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable
    • Issue customer invoices and manage accounts receivable and credit control
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances monthly
  • Payroll and Expense Management
    • Support end-to-end payroll processing, including reconciliations and adjustments
    • Manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies
    • Analyse expense trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities
  • Process Improvement and Compliance
    • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
    • Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and reporting initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance roles within companies adhering to US or UK GAAP
  • Strong knowledge of management accounts preparation and general ledger maintenance
  • Excellent English communication skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy
  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CPA)
