Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to fill the role of Accounting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Utilize accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, and ZOHO Books.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in AppFolio, Yardi Voyager, and common accounting platforms.

They should also have excellent English communication skills, high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
