The Program Delivery Manager will play a key role in the success of strategic projects within the Finance Operations Payroll team. This individual contributor position requires a seasoned project manager with experience in driving business decisions based on data analytics, managing stakeholder engagements, and delivering projects to meet medium and long-term business needs.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on delivering business solutions that meet users' needs. Experience in the Payroll industry is preferred but not required. The regional Payroll PDM is part of a global Payroll Program Delivery team and will work closely with leadership in Payroll Operations, Vendor Management, and Operational Excellence functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement reviews and manage full regional program delivery.
  • Lead projects for Payroll of medium & large scale and complexity.
  • Develop and evolve standard dashboard formats and publish them to stakeholders for discussions and reviews.
  • Manage critical centralized tasks, such as reviewing vendor financials and providing cost-saving recommendations.
  • Roll up sleeves and operate as an individual contributor while guiding stakeholders toward objectives.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager with experience in implementing complex projects.
  2. Solid experience in conducting metrics review meetings with senior stakeholders and customers.
  3. Strong understanding of financial spend and ability to review cost metrics.
  4. Data analysis and modeling skills using multiple systems and sources.
