We are looking for a Portfolio Program Manager to join our team at Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. As a Portfolio Program Manager, you will oversee the overall delivery management of multiple projects within our managed portfolio.

Your primary goal is to ensure timely, on-budget, and on-scope project completion.

You will work closely with business units and key stakeholders to define and finalize project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing detailed project timelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization to meet required timeframes and quality standards.

As a seasoned leader, you will coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to take ownership of their tasks and deliver high-quality results.

Regular updates on project status will be provided to project teams according to agreed-upon frequencies.

You will facilitate learning through post-mortem analyses and sprint retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This role requires direct supervision and mentoring of project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to succeed.

You will review technical designs provided by Solutions Architects, such as database, application architecture, and system interface design, in collaboration with the technical delivery team.

Additional responsibilities include identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project implementation and closure.

Project expenses will be monitored and managed to ensure they remain within acceptable limits.

Lastly, you will identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

This role involves establishing and ensuring appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices.
