Strategic Finance Leader

This is a high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives in a strategic environment, loves turning data into insight, and can partner closely with leadership.

  • Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis, deliver financial reporting and forecasts, and ensure accounting data flows accurately through NetSuite and related systems.
  • Drive annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes and develop monthly financial reports with variance analysis against budget/forecast.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial impact of initiatives, drive decision-making, and support operational excellence across our portfolio of clients and internal business units.
  • Build and maintain operating models and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, working with accounting staff, reviewing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Operational Finance
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning, track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs, prepare ad hoc financial models to support pricing, hiring, or strategic decisions.
Reporting & Audit Support
  • Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and investors, provide financial data and analysis for external audits or tax filings, ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A, strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building financial models.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, ability to work independently and communicate clearly with executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification, experience with budgeting tools & processes, prior work in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services environment, familiarity with Power BI.

Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
