About the Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual who has previous experience working as a Service Desk Analyst. You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, point-of-sale hardware and software, MAC/iOS systems, and end-user lifecycle processes. Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers.
