Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support representative to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat. You will also contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other internal documentation to help your peers succeed.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
