Financial Manager for Client Operations

The ideal candidate will have experience managing finances for multiple businesses or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly or monthly reconciliations for all accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Issue invoices in a timely manner, hitting billing deadlines consistently.
- Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Prepare and deliver key financial statements, ensuring accuracy in all reporting.
- Process and approve AP invoices in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with accountants to ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.
- Reconcile all accounts and ensure financial records are up to date at month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain timely and professional communications with clients on financial matters.
- Use accounting systems such as Xero, Dext, and ApprovalMax for processing transactions and managing invoices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper with experience managing finances for multiple businesses or clients.
- Familiarity with UK accounting practices and tax regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Xero and Dext accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams remotely.
