Seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to manage our financial operations as an Accounting Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage all accounting transactions, including billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential areas for cost efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with auditors during audits by providing necessary information and documentation to ensure a smooth auditing process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
