Job Description

This role involves optimizing construction project management software to support operational efficiency and streamline project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports
  • Develop and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution
  • Maintain internal documentation and user guides for best practices
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting)
  • Ability to work independently in a non-client-facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
Bonus Competencies
  • SOP creation
  • Automation tools (Zapier/Make)
  • Knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello
  • Basic API or CSV manipulation
