As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our inventory levels accurately reflect customer demand. This involves maintaining precise records of stock movements and valuations, as well as monitoring inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document and update inventory levels, including all relevant stock movements and valuations
  • Conduct thorough analyses of cost drivers to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop targeted strategies to reduce costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective cost control measures
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing cost drivers and presenting data-driven conclusions
  • Support informed decision-making through detailed assessments of new product or service costs, including pricing decisions and forecasting
  • Compile comprehensive cost management reports by gathering data, identifying trends, and offering practical advice
  • Analyze operational expenses to determine the total cost and optimal production process, taking into account material, labor, and overhead costs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, with experience in implementing cost-effective solutions
