We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Management Analyst to monitor, control, and optimize inventory across our supply chain. The role involves inventory management and responsible for trade inventory accounting, including inventory transfer accounting, make-up or break-up of inventory accounting, and proper inventory cost accounting in determining cost of sales.

Moreover, the analyst for Inventory Management serves as the primary owner of the following General Ledgers in SAP B1:

  1. Trade Accounts Receivable
  2. Sales Revenue
  3. Sales Discounts and Allowances

KEY ACTIVITIES:

  1. Inventory Management Team

a. Trade Inventory Accounting,

b. Internal Controls for Trade Inventory

c. Cost of Sales Recognition,

d. Product Costing,

e. Cost Variance Reporting,

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS in Business with emphasis in Accounting or Accounting Management
  • Preferably 1-year experience in Cost Accounting
  • Experienced in running an accounting system doing month-end closing activities, preferably SAP B1
  • Proficient in Spreadsheet modeling (MS Excel)
  • With high customer relations and customer communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and perform tasks in efficiently with less supervision
  • Capable of creating accounting and financial reports
