Job Description

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations on Shopify and Amazon.

This role involves managing product listings, inventory updates, pricing adjustments, and order processing to ensure smooth online sales performance.

  • Product Listing Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is displayed on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Inventory Updates: Manage stock levels and track inventory movements to avoid overselling or underselling.
  • Pricing Adjustments: Make data-driven decisions to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Order Processing: Handle customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in E-Commerce Operations: A minimum of 2.5-5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including familiarity with product upload, optimization, and reporting tools.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media marketing strategies, funnel building, and digital advertising techniques to support product awareness and sales.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic to intermediate bookkeeping skills with the ability to manage financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Adaptability: Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new skills across different operational areas in a startup environment.
