E-commerce Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores.


This role involves managing product listings, optimizing inventory levels, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across platforms; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, Grasshopper, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
