Senior Financial Operations Manager

The role of a Senior Revenue Accountant involves overseeing the revenue recording process, ensuring accuracy and completeness in self-service transactions. This includes reconciling self-service revenue at month-end close and monitoring customer requests on a daily basis.
- Review and manage the revenue recording process for self-service transactions, reconciling self-service revenue in month-end close and monitoring customer requests on a daily basis.
- Assess the revenue accounting impact of non-standard revenue contracts to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement revenue recognition processes using data build tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
- Maintain key systems integrations between financial platforms, such as Stripe, NetSuite, Salesforce, Avalara, and Hex, ensuring integrated data is complete and accurate before month-end close starts.
- Perform reconciliations of revenue accounts in month-end close, providing accurate financial reporting.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and meeting deadlines. Your strong analytical skills will help identify areas for process improvement, while your technical expertise will ensure seamless integration of financial systems.
