Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Incoming Customer Calls: Engage with customers to address their inquiries and requests.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing Client Management Tools: Employ various applications for efficient customer service and management.
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Ensure a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable interaction with every customer.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High Graduate (New Curriculum).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, with a preference for those outside the BPO sector.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site.
