Customer Support Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, calls, and tickets related to payroll systems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to provide best-practice system use and education to all customers.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into customer support issues, assigning them to the appropriate team or resolving where possible.
  • Escalate complex issues to Seniors/Team Leads and the Product Team as necessary.
  • Utilize internal tools for maintaining records, ticket investigations, and referencing customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
About You
  • Proven results in customer-facing roles, preferably with experience in Australian payroll software.
  • Prior exposure to customer experience within a SaaS environment is highly beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a thorough approach to troubleshooting, are essential for this role.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and request assistance when needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
