Job Overview

As an Automotive Technical Assistance Specialist, you will provide expert technical support to automotive dealers via phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibility is to analyze complex technical issues and offer solutions related to vehicle performance and repairs.

  • Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: 2-4 year Automotive Technology program (certificate or degree) preferred.
  • Certifications: State or ASE Certified.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician (dealership preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Expert understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
