Key Accountabilities
* Deliver high-quality IT services and solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.* Oversee the delivery of IT services to stakeholders, ensuring high quality and reliability.* Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.* Develop and implement service improvement plans to address identified gaps or inefficiencies.* Act as the primary point of contact for service delivery issues, ensuring prompt resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.* Proven experience in IT service delivery or IT management roles, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.* Experience managing IT teams and coordinating across multiple departments or geographies.* Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service management frameworks.* Hands-on experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent.* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Strong project management capabilities (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus).
