Role Overview

We are recruiting a Helpdesk Specialist to work with us at Manpower (Philippines).

In this role, you will:

  1. Issue Letters of Authority after assessing coverage, clearly explaining any non-coverage rationale to customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues related to handling time and waiting time.
  3. Secure overriding approval from the Helpdesk Supervisor for LOAs beyond the Helpdesk's authority limits.
  4. Provide support to the Immediate Superior on Follow-up On-site Orientation and training, and assist in preparing/submission of reports on census, decking of doctors, POS queue reports, and manual LOA reports.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A degree in a Medical Allied Course.
  • At least 6 months of HMO or Insurance experience, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
