About the Email Solutions Specialist Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting an Account Manager in various duties, including the organization of email campaigns and the development of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues.
  • Educate customers on email compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams.
  • Create visual email automation workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation.
  • Monitor email performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IP management and email authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues.
  • Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
