Business Operations Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and competent professional to fill the role of Business Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supply chains, vendor relationships, product lifecycles, inventory, pricing, purchase orders, bookkeeping, and digital advertising.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain management strategies
- Analyze product data to optimize pricing and inventory levels
- Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping and quarterly reports
- Design and execute effective digital advertising campaigns
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Willingness to undergo training and work long-term
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
