Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team in the lithium industry. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
