About the Role:

Lead, coach, and manage our Virtual Assistant team to reach their fullest potential in a collaborative, client-centric environment, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring each member understands their goals and has the resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Executive Assistants to drive business results and exceed expectations, fostering a supportive work environment and encouraging collaboration.
  • Offer tailored coaching and regular performance evaluations to guide VAs based on their experience and industry needs, helping them grow professionally and personally.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions and adapting to new sectors, driving innovation and growth.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback and building strong relationships.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms, and managing teams across different time zones, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
