Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to join our organization and contribute to the development of world-class financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes with strategic oversight and expertise, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
- Reconcile high-value financial statements, guarantee regulatory compliance, and optimize financial reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee collections, credit approvals, and vendor payment processes to foster business growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop cash flow projections and refine financial policies to support executive stakeholders in making strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations, automation, and efficiency improvements, ultimately driving business success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, auditing, or financial reconciliation.
- Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, with proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or SAP.
- Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking abilities, with strong problem-solving skills and experience handling high-volume transactions.
