We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to fill the position of Ecommerce Growth Manager.

As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of accurate forecasts, ensuring strategies are executed to achieve scalable growth for our clients, and representing our approach to media acquisition and its tools. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations, building trust and strong client relationships.

Success MetricsSkills and Qualifications

• Kick-off period: commit to hard work, prepare to develop high-leverage skills, take feedback quickly, deliver quality work on time, persevere, learn from repeated exercises.
• Onboarding: align with the team, manage and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist), maintain data integrity across Statlas, execute Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts, analyze data, align marketing calendars, monitor and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs, implement tests, and contribute to strategic plans.
• Quality of work: maintain a Delta within 5% of the Forecast, align daily with client strategy, execute Prophet system on time and with high quality.
• Client communication: lead growth map goals, provide daily performance updates, ensure alignment with strategy and forecast, participate in weekly strategy calls.
• Contributing back: share learnings system-wide and collaborate across teams.
