ERP Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP implementation specialist to join our team. As an ERP implementation specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client implementations, ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of client implementations, including data migration, system integration, and user training.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines.
  • Analysis of client business processes, with a focus on accounting and finance workflows, and configuration of solutions to meet their needs.
  • Guidance of clients through complex data migrations, system integrations, and user training across all levels.
  • Monitoring of project milestones and deliverables, with proactive identification and mitigation of risks and issues.
  • Support with large-scale data migrations and reconciliations from various systems.
  • Establishment of connections in the customer's environment with integration partners.
  • Maintenance of clear documentation and provision of regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
  • Background in SaaS or technology startups is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition is an asset.
  • Availability to work US hours from Monday to Friday.
