ERP Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled ERP Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects. This role will play a key part in ensuring successful project delivery.

About the Job

The ERP Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  2. Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards.
  3. Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary.
  4. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks.
  5. Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements.
  6. Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
