Job Description

We seek an ESG Research Analyst to support our global research team in Manila. As part of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) research initiatives, you will focus on collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from corporate disclosures.

As an ESG analyst, you will conduct in-depth research to evaluate companies' performance across various ESG themes, including working conditions, supply chain management, sustainability governance, environmental management, and emission and resource consumption.

Daily tasks include reviewing company documents, such as sustainability reports, annual reports, and corporate websites, identifying, analyzing, and processing relevant data according to our methodology.

Key responsibilities include systematically gathering ESG data, monitoring sector trends, delivering high-quality research within specified timelines, and participating in quality assurance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, international human rights, or business administration.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sustainability-related fields, financial services, ESG research, or academic research institutes.
  • Strong research skills, excellent English language proficiency, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and effective communication skills.
