ESG Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the collection and analysis of ESG data in Manila.
The successful candidate will be part of our global research team, focusing on qualitative and quantitative environmental and social data from corporate disclosures.
ESG analysts conduct research to evaluate a company's performance across various themes, including working conditions, supply chain management, and sustainability governance.
Daily tasks include reviewing company documents and identifying relevant data for analysis.
Responsibilities- Gathering and processing systematic ESG data in line with our methodology.
- Tracking sector trends and assessing their impact on companies.
- Meeting production targets and delivering high-quality research within set timelines.
- Participating in quality assurance procedures and managing high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (environmental science or international human rights).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sustainability-related fields, financial services, or ESG research.
- Strong research skills, excellent English language proficiency, and attention to detail.
