Implementation Operations Specialist

The Implementation Operations Specialist will oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring the successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operational setup of the plan platform to ensure it runs at full speed
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects
  • Conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with partners and clients
Requirements:
  • Strong written/oral communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly learn new processes, contribute ideas, and iterate on solutions as needed
  • Proven effectiveness at being flexible, creative, team oriented, results-driven and the ability to collaborate in cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in operations or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Jira
Working Hours:
  • 45-50 hours per week
  • 9-6pm US-ET
  • Must be able to work US-East Coast/New York Time Zone
Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $5/hour
