We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Prime System Solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to reduce failure rates and minimize engineer involvement, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Create self-service solutions for clients to address common issues independently, enhancing their overall experience and reducing support tickets.
  • Maintain and secure a scripting repository, ensuring all scripts are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Create custom reports using tools like Power BI and BrightGauge to show regular progress on automation initiatives.
  • Automate patching and endpoint compliance across Windows, 3rd party, and Mac environments using Kaseya VSA, Addigy, and Intune.
  • Manage and update the RMM platform, BrightGauge, and other analytics platforms, providing automated reports on patch status and endpoint compliance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of automation scripts, tools, and procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
