Social Media and Marketing Expert

Seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple food brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage engaging social media calendars that drive business results.
  • Align social media content with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Strategically select and optimize social media posts for maximum reach and engagement, including boosting posts and scheduling for optimal visibility.
  • Effectively manage Meta ads, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze social content's impact on operational performance and in-store sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute social media strategies in real-time.
  • Critically think and solve problems independently, adapting to changing market conditions.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with strong marketing instincts and ability to execute strategies effectively.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in the F&B or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Expertise in social media strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics.
  • Understanding of how social media drives business results, beyond mere impressions.
