Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across various platforms.
  • Develop, curate, and schedule daily/weekly content including graphics, images, videos, blog posts, and social media updates aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events, ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to measure social media performance.
  • Generate reports on engagement, reach, conversions, and growth to improve future strategies.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Familiarity in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, and online engagement strategies, knowledge in SEO is a plus.
  • Creative, with the ability to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and topics in the digital landscape.
