At BYD Philippines, we are seeking a talented Sales Strategy Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.

This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.

You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards, collaborating with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid, and staying informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

We require an Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field graduate with 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.

A strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards) is essential.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, are required.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems is also necessary.

We seek a candidate with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

A willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits is also required.
