Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, resolving inquiries, and implementing scalable processes.

  • Manage overall client relationships from initial onboarding to implementation, training, and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client needs.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback on how we can better serve them, and drive progress towards solving their problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet client needs.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client engagement and develop plans to enhance our services.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and driving business growth.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate complex ideas to senior management.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
