We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleAs a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Ticket Management: Manage customer tickets efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management to ensure seamless collaboration and resolution of issues.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze customer problems and develop effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
